A donation wishlist
your supporters will actually use

List exactly what your organization needs, from any store. Share one link. Supporters claim an item in two taps with no account, buy it wherever they like, and it ships straight to you. Nobody donates the fourth case of paper towels, and supporters can follow the list so next month's needs reach them without another appeal.

Create your donation list

What a donation list gives you

Any store, one list

Your needs don't come from one catalog. Paste a link from anywhere, scan a barcode, or just type "a case of canned food." Bulk suppliers, local shops, and big retailers all fit on the same list.

No account for donors

Every signup screen loses supporters, and the ones you lose are the casual givers you most want. Two taps, no login, no app to download.

Supporters can follow it

Anyone can follow your list and hear when you add something, at most one email a day. Next month's needs reach supporters without another appeal.

Ships to your door

Add your organization's address once. Donors see it only after they claim an item, never on the public page. No more emailing your address to strangers.

No duplicates, even in bulk

Claimed items show as taken, and quantities count down: need twenty blankets, set twenty and watch supporters cover them. Stale claims free back up automatically.

No cut of your donations

We never touch the money. Supporters check out at the store itself, so the full value of every donation reaches you and nothing is skimmed on the way.

How it works

  1. List what you need

Be specific and set quantities. "Twelve twin sheet sets" beats "bedding."

  2. Share one link

Newsletter, socials, donor emails, or the QR code we make you for the flyer at your front desk.

  3. Supporters claim items

Two taps, no account. Claimed items show as taken, and boxes ship straight to your address.

Questions nonprofits ask

Is EZWishlist free for nonprofits?

Yes. Building and sharing a wishlist is free, with no fee on anything a supporter donates. We never handle the money: supporters buy the item from whatever store sells it and check out there, so nothing is deducted from what reaches you.

Do donors need to create an account?

No. A supporter opens your link and claims an item in two taps. There is no signup, no app, and no password. Lower friction means more of your list gets covered.

Can items come from more than one store?

Yes. Paste a product link from any retailer, scan a barcode with your phone, or type in something that has no useful link at all, like "a case of bottled water." Everything lands on one list.

How do we stop two people donating the same thing?

Claimed items are marked as taken, so the next person sees it is handled and moves on. If you need ten of something, set the quantity and ten supporters can each claim one. If someone claims an item and never follows through, the claim expires and the item frees back up.

Where do donations get shipped?

Add your organization's address to the list. It is shown only to a supporter who has actually claimed an item, never on the public page, so items arrive at your door without you emailing your address around.

Can more than one person manage our list?

Yes. Whoever creates the list can invite colleagues or volunteers to help manage it, and everyone invited can add and edit items on the same list, so it stays current no matter who is at the desk that day. People who help manage sign in to accept the invitation; supporters claiming items still need no account.

Do we have to send a new appeal every time our needs change?

No. Supporters can tap "Follow this list" and leave an email address, and after that they hear when you add something. It is at most one email a day and never one per item, so restocking the list in one sitting sends a single message. They need no account, can stop in one click, and you only ever see how many people follow, never who. On a password-protected list the email says there is something new without naming the items.

Can we see who donated what?

Claims are anonymous by default, which keeps giving comfortable for supporters who prefer not to be named. If you want to thank people, ask for a name in the claim note or run a separate thank-you list.
